SCIA's 8th Annual Golf Outing

Plans are under way for a fun filled day of golf, lunch, dinner, games, raffles and auctions, all for a very worthy cause. Proceeds will allow us to continue to serve people who have been paralyzed by trauma or conditions of the central nervous system and to continue our injury prevention efforts.

Spinal Cord Injury Association of Illinois (SCIA) is the group that helps families when a member is injured. We provide resources and information that is invaluable to those new to the world of paralysis. Monthly peer support groups are held and individual peer contacts are offered to those injured and family members. Seminars and educational programs are presented on complications of paralysis and injury prevention programs are presented to junior high and high school students, as well as other groups.

There are several ways you can help support the SCIA services via the Annual Golf Outing.

1. Sponsor the outing at one of the levels listed on the Sponsor Reply Form below.
2. Sponsor a foursome - either you can fill it or we can fill it – your choice!
3. Donate a gift for the Silent Auction or Raffle.
4. Donate company logo items or other things for 125 goodie bags for the golfers.
5. Come for the Dinner or simply make a monetary contribution.

Please get your sponsorship forms back to us by June 4, 2012 so that your name or company name can be included on the invitation. If you don’t get your forms back by June 4th, you can still make donations and come out to golf. Your name won’t make it on the invitation but you will still have recognition at the event.
